Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the services provided by our taxi company. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
1. Service Provision
1.1 Our taxi company provides transportation services to passengers within the designated service areas.
1.2 The availability of our services is subject to vehicle availability, traffic conditions, and other factors that may affect service provision.
2. Booking and Payment
2.1 Passengers can make bookings through our designated booking channels, including phone, website, or mobile application.
2.2 The passenger is responsible for providing accurate and complete information during the booking process, including the pickup and drop-off locations and contact details.
2.3 Fare estimation is provided based on the information provided by the passenger, and the final fare may vary due to factors such as traffic conditions, route changes, and additional requested services.
2.4 Payment for the taxi service can be made in cash or through other designated payment methods accepted by our company.
3. Cancellation and No-shows
3.1 Passengers may cancel a booking without any charges 1 hour before the scheduled pickup time.
3.2 Our taxi company will wait for the passenger at the designated pick-up location for a maximum of 10 minutes from the scheduled pick-up time.
3.3 If the passenger fails to show up within the specified waiting time and does not contact our customer service department to request an extension 1 hour prior to schedule pick up, it will be considered a no-show.
3.4 In the case of a no-show, the passenger will be charged the full amount that was pre-paid for the journey.
3.5 If the passenger wishes to book another taxi from our company after a no-show, a separate full booking fare for the journey will be charged.
Please note that our taxi company enforces a waiting time policy to ensure efficient service and manage schedules effectively. It is the passenger’s responsibility to be present at the designated pick-up location within the specified waiting time to avoid any additional charges.
4. Passenger Conduct
4.1 Passengers are expected to behave in a respectful and courteous manner towards the driver and other passengers.
4.2 Smoking, consuming alcohol or illegal substances, or engaging in any illegal activities inside the taxi is strictly prohibited.
4.3 Passengers are responsible for any damages caused to the taxi as a result of their conduct and may be charged for the repair or cleaning costs.
5. Liability and Insurance
5.1 Our taxi company maintains appropriate insurance coverage as required by local regulations.
5.2 While we strive to provide safe and reliable transportation services, our company shall not be held liable for any delays, losses, damages, or injuries incurred during the provision of our services, except where caused by our gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
6. Privacy and Data Protection
6.1 Our taxi company collects and processes passenger personal information for the purpose of providing transportation services, managing bookings, and complying with legal obligations.
6.2 We take appropriate measures to protect passenger data and adhere to applicable data protection laws and regulations.
7. Amendments and Termination
7.1 Our taxi company reserves the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions at any time. The updated terms and conditions will be effective upon posting on our website or other communication channels.
7.2 Either party may terminate the provision of services with prior notice, subject to any contractual obligations or legal requirements.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
8.1 These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where our taxi company is registered.
8.2 Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the designated jurisdiction.
